Searching for unique, on trend vendors who are kind and have excellent branding. We are always accepting vendors. Our current season still has a few spots left for the following events: Made for Mama (April 11 and 12, 2026), and our Sidewalk Sale May 2, 2026 (vendor clearance event). Our new season, Season 9 is also officially open for approved vendors.
Pricing for Season 9, is the cheapest it will be until we raise prices on April 30th.
Not all vendors who apply will be approved.
**APPLICATION REVIEWS WILL HAPPEN ON THE 4th THURSDAY OF EVERY MONTH.
***WE DO NOT TAKE PAYMENT ANYWHERE BESIDES THE WEBSITE AND ONLY FOR APPROVED VENDORS. YOUR APPROVAL EMAIL WILL HAVE ALL OF THE DETAILS FOR PURCHASING BOOTH SPACES AND PRICING. DO NOT GIVE MONEY TO ANYONE ELSE CLAIMING TO BE MADE WITH LOVE MARKET.***
Please note approved applications will be allowed to book spaces for Made for Mama 2025 and Season 8 which starts in October 2025 and runs through March of 2026. Pricing for events are based on a tiered pricing system and go up by $50 starting May 1, 2025 and again on August 1st. Book early and soon! Please understand we review applications monthly, so we appreciate your patience while getting back to you. Applications are always open for new vendors and we welcome your application anytime.
We do NOT refund application fees for any reason regardless of approval status. Not every vendor gets approved.
You are paying for us to review your application.
Please note we charge a $40 non-refundable application fee for new vendors. We also do not offer refunds or date exchanges for any reason. We do not allow vendors to sell or trade other vendors their spaces. We do not allow booth sharing. We also ask that you please read the clauses listed on the application page. By applying and/or purchasing dates you agree to these policies. We greatly appreciate your understanding!
We have the right to cancel any vendor for any reason if we believe that you are not a good fit for Made with Love based on attitude, breaking rules that cause the safety of others to be threatened, the inability to get along with others including Made with Love staff, town employees, or other vendors, or if we believe you have copied somebody else's ideas. When you purchase an event, we ask that you please stick to your original commitment and show up for all of the days you booked. By purchasing dates you are agreeing to the above guidelines and are agreeing that you have read them thoroughly.
