Season Opener: October 10-11 9am-2pm, Gilbert Civic Center
Holiday Kick-Off: November 27-28 9am-2pm, Gilbert Regional Park
Merry and Bright: December 12-13 (5pm-9pm the 12th), (9am-2pm the 13th), Gilbert Civic Center
Lover’s Lane: January 30-31, 2027 9am-2pm, Gilbert Regional Park
Made for Mama: February 27-28, 2027 9am-2pm, Gilbert Regional Park
Spring Fling: March 20-21, 2027, 9am-2pm, Gilbert Civic Center *location and date TBD
Sidewalk Sale (free when booking a bundle): April 17, 7am-11am, Gilbert Civic Center (this is an inventory clear out event, 75% of your booth must be marked down by at least 50% off) *location and date TBD
Please remember these things when booking:
we do not allow date swaps, refunds, or exchanges for any reason including for unexpected weather or event changes
please make sure you do not double book an event by mistake
create an account if you haven’t already so that you can keep track all of your events that you book
please make sure you type in the correct email that you want us to use for event contact
please make sure you have or plan on applying for a Gilbert Business License (not your TPT), this is required for our events
all events are rain or shine, we do not offer refunds for events that are canceled due to weather
if you’d like to choose your spot, please purchase a “choose your spot” option at checkout, if there aren’t any, they’re sold out
please make sure you choose the correct category at checkout, if your category shows “0” as a quantity left, spots for you category are sold out
by signing up for an event you agree to read our communication emails and post assets prior to an event
we reserve the right to revoke your vendor status if you are not following the vendor guidelines (being kind and respectful, honest, not reposting assets for an event)
you can book a payment plan through Klarna at checkout if you need to split up your payments
if more than 25% of your products are purchased from a manufacturer you will need to book one of the few “boutique spots” in the inventory (more details on this in our @mwlvendor Instagram group). We are a handmade market and have decided to keep more than 90% of our vendor category strictly handmade.
We have a non-compete agreement for ALL vendors. This non-compete agreement clarifies that once you have completed a payment with Made with Love Markets, you will not be able to create, produce, organize, or start another marketplace that includes vendors of any type including but not limited to food, drinks, paper products, clothing, signs, skincare, jewelry, children's items, adult items, household goods, etc., Made with Love Markets will take legal action according to the non-compete clause included in this agreement if it is discovered that you have violated the terms of this agreement.
